February 12 – “The Seduction of Inductions”

Lancaster Public Library, 125 North Duke Street, 1pm
Few women ever plan to have an induction, but nearly 20% of pregnant women are induced, often at the end of perfectly healthy pregnancies. This workshop will cover the pros and cons of inductions, various induction methods, situations in which an induction might be necessary and easy techniques to minimize the chance of an induction.

This is gonna be a good one! See how inductions can often lead to a chain of events leading to a Cesarean and how to minimize your chances.
